iCNS Consortium Meeting 2025

12 January 2026

Langoed Oud Poelgeest

On December 16th, the iCNS consortium came together for a full-day meeting at Landgoed Oud Poelgeest. In the historic Boerhaave zaal, surrounded by the estate’s lush green grounds, participants shared their latest work, explored new ideas, and reflected on the growing momentum of the consortium.

Throughout the day, the spotlight was firmly on the next generation of scientists. The early-career researchers presented their projects and offered fresh perspectives on the different work packages. Their talks highlighted how rapidly the scientific program of iCNS is taking shape, even at this early stage, and how strongly the various lines of research are beginning to connect.

The meeting provided a clear overview of the current status of the work packages, as well as a look ahead at upcoming studies and collaborations. The open discussions, constructive feedback, and informal exchanges during the breaks underscored the collaborative spirit that characterizes iCNS. In the calm and green setting of Oud Poelgeest, the consortium took an important step forward; both scientifically and as a community.
